What we collect

When you send a work order we keep what you typed: your work email, your team or lab, what you run, how many GPUs and hours you expect, your plan and start date, and any notes. We use it to answer you and to plan room on the forge. Nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list. The site sets no advertising or cross site tracking cookies. The heat shown on the site is GPU telemetry from the forge, not a record of visitors.

Analytics

We count page views and page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They use no cookies and store no personal data: a visit is counted from an anonymous hash that resets every day.

Your jobs and data

Customers' containers, files and logs are covered by the security and service levels pages. In short: we do not look inside your jobs, scratch is wiped when each job ends, and we never train on your data.

Deleting it

Ask through the work order form with "delete" at the start of the notes. We remove your work order and any reply thread within 7 days and confirm when it is done.
